Ingredients
  

Base Mixture:

  • 16 oz 2 blocks cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter softened

Coating (Choose One):

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup crushed Oreos
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Optional Mix-Ins:

  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Beat cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla in a bowl until smooth and lump-free (2-3 mins).
  • Tip: Scrape bowl sides halfway through.
  • Fold in any mix-ins (chocolate chips, etc.) gently with a spatula.
  • Shape mixture into a ball:
  • Scoop onto plastic wrap
  • Wrap tightly and chill 1 hour (or 30 mins in freezer)
  • Roll the chilled ball in your chosen coating, pressing lightly to adhere.
  • Serve on a platter with dippers like graham sticks, strawberries, or pretzels.

Notes

  • For best texture: Use full-fat cream cheese.
  • Make ahead: Stores 3 days in fridge (add coating last-minute).
  • Freezing: Freeze uncoated for 1 month. Thaw overnight in fridge.
