No-Bake Mars Bar Cake (5-Ingredient Wonder)

Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 Mars Bars 55g each, chopped
  • ½ cup 115g unsalted butter
  • 3 cups 90g Rice Krispies
  • 200 g milk or dark chocolate
  • ½ cup 120ml sweetened condensed milk

Optional Add-Ins

  • 2 tbsp crushed peanuts optional
  • 1 tbsp caramel sauce optional
  • Pinch of sea salt flakes optional

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Prepare Pan
  • Line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper. Lightly grease with butter.
  • Step 2: Melt Base
  • In a saucepan over low heat, melt chopped Mars Bars, butter, and condensed milk. Stir until smooth (3-4 mins).
  • Step 3: Add Crispies
  • Remove from heat. Fold in Rice Krispies until coated. Press firmly into prepared pan.
  • Step 4: Chocolate Topping
  • Melt chocolate (microwave or double boiler), then pour over base. Tilt pan to spread evenly.
  • Step 5: Chill
  • Refrigerate 2+ hours (or freeze 1 hour for faster setting).
  • Step 6: Serve
  • Cut into 16 squares with a hot knife. Store leftovers in fridge.
