Main Ingredients
- 4 Mars Bars 55g each, chopped
- ½ cup 115g unsalted butter
- 3 cups 90g Rice Krispies
- 200 g milk or dark chocolate
- ½ cup 120ml sweetened condensed milk
Optional Add-Ins
- 2 tbsp crushed peanuts optional
- 1 tbsp caramel sauce optional
- Pinch of sea salt flakes optional
Step 1: Prepare Pan
Line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper. Lightly grease with butter.
Step 2: Melt Base
In a saucepan over low heat, melt chopped Mars Bars, butter, and condensed milk. Stir until smooth (3-4 mins).
Step 3: Add Crispies
Remove from heat. Fold in Rice Krispies until coated. Press firmly into prepared pan.
Step 4: Chocolate Topping
Melt chocolate (microwave or double boiler), then pour over base. Tilt pan to spread evenly.
Step 5: Chill
Refrigerate 2+ hours (or freeze 1 hour for faster setting).
